Work through the decision
- Give the language reviewer terminology, tone and context. Ask them to flag ambiguous promises and unexplained specialist language.
- Have the product owner approve facts separately. Native fluency does not establish whether a feature, price or service obligation is true.
- Ask relevant readers what the page offers and what they would do next. Record confusion without turning a few answers into market-wide statistics.
Decision to take away
Appoint reviewers before production and keep language review and factual approval in the same acceptance record.
