Practical guide

Brief a localized landing page

Specify the audience decision, not just a layout.

Work through the decision

  1. State where the reader arrives from, what they know and which action the page supports. Include objections and evidence that addresses them.
  2. Name the reviewer and source of each claim. Identify adaptation decisions for examples, terminology and the expected sales response.
  3. Define acceptance through reading, navigation, form success, measurement and handover. Include a compact phone and keyboard operation.

Decision to take away

The brief is ready when content, implementation and sales owners agree on a journey they can test together.
